History of Bucharest Auto Show and Accessories
The first four editions of Bucharest Auto Show and Accessories were held between 1993 to 1996. The success of these editions in terms of brands showcased and the number of visitors (120,000 visitors in 1996) introduced SAB & Accessories in OICA International Calendar, being named The International Auto Fair Bucharest.
Since 1997, sequentially, every two years, the show was held under APIA organization until 2007 and included in the prestigious international OICA calendar with the name Bucharest International Auto Show. From 2007 until 2011 the exhibition was affected by the strong decrease of the auto market and was closed.
2011 marked the return of SAB & Accessories with a national edition, in a location already known to car lovers, Romaero Baneasa which offers an area of over 40,000 sqm, indoor and outdoor, parking spaces and a very good location. In 2011 at Bucharest Auto Show and Accessories exhibited 58 companies.
In 2012, Bucharest Auto Show and Accessories returned to its traditional exhibition period, respectively 10 days, period during the exhibiting companies had the opportunity to establish more contacts, more contracts and to increase the volume of sales. In 2012 at Bucharest Auto Show and Accessories exhibited 81 companies on an exhibiting area of 13.700 sqm.
This autumn, between 10 – 20th of October, Premium Expo invites you to Bucharest Auto Show & Accessories 2013 (SAB & A 2013). The event reached its eleventh edition and the third consecutive one since its re launch in 2011 and will be held in the traditional location Romaero Baneasa.
At SAB & A 2013 you will see cars, light and heavy commercial vehicles, hybrid and electric cars, motorcycles, bicycles, auto parts and accessories, moto and velo, audio and navigation systems, equipment for service stations and car washes, auto and moto tuning, media, leasing and insurance companies. SAB & Accesories 2013 offers exhibitors the opportunity to sell their offers to the dedicated public during 10 days.
The objective of SAB & Accessories 2013 is to put in touch visitors with exhibiting companies and allow them to establish new contacts, to complete more contracts and increase the volume of direct sales during the 10 days of the event. Also, SAB & Accessories 2013 will have an entire day dedicated to media representatives which will bring added value and exposure to the event
SAB & Accesories is an event organized in partnership with BUCHAREST CLASSICAL CAR EXPO, SMAEB and EXPOBIKE.
Similar with 2012 edition, the national premieres, latest tehnologies, auto shows and business meetings are the main ingredientes of SAB & Accesorii 2013 which will bring a public of more than 50 000 visitors
