Dacia Duster, Sandero, Sandero Stepway, Logan and Logan MCV receive a new bi-fuel petrol and LPG engine: TCe 100 ECO-G

The new bi-fuel petrol and LPG TCe 100 ECO-G engine, revealed at the Brussels Motor Show on Duster, is now available (in France) to order from €10,960 including tax. The models equipped with this engine are Dacia Duster, Sandero, Sandero Stepway, Logan and Logan MCV.

Dacia offers its ECO-G range at the price of an equivalent petrol engine on all models, without compromising on reliability. Whatever the model, LPG integration on a Dacia vehicle is carried out directly in the factory. For the customer, this means: a simple order with no additional delay and a single contact person for the warranty and maintenance of the vehicle in the network, trained in this technology. Right from its conception, the petrol engine is designed to run on LPG fuel. The additional LPG tank made of high-strength steel is fitted to the spare wheel, which means that the boot volume is the same as that of all other versions, while at the same time benefiting from increased autonomy by combining the 2 petrol + LPG tanks. A non-return valve, an 80% fill limiter, a flow limiter, a solenoid valve and a safety valve complete the technical system.

Dacia has been offering a dual-fuel petrol and LPG service since 2010. This proven technology is guaranteed by the Dacia brand for 3 years or 100,000 km (1st of the 2 expired terms) like all other vehicles in the range.

In addition, this technology offers significant tax advantages in France:

• Total or partial exemption of the car registration document (depending on the department).
• Ecological Malus at 0€ or reduced compared to an equivalent petrol version
• Eligibility for conversion premium
• Crit’Air 1 sticker for all LPG vehicles
• Free or preferential parking for Green Disk users
