2015 GMC Sierra Elevation Edition starts at $34,865

Pricing for the GMC 2015 Sierra Elevation Edition starts at $34,865 for a 2WD model equipped with the standard 4.3L V-6 and $38,795 for a 4.3L/4WD configuration. Models with the available 5.3L V-8 start at $35,960 for 2WD and $39,890 for 4WD.

The Sierra Elevation Edition – a uniquely styled full-size truck that combines a bold, monochromatic look with the latest connectivity technologies – goes on sale this month and is based on the Sierra 1500 double cab with 1SA trim.

It is offered in four exterior colors and features body-color exterior appointments, 20-inch black-painted wheels, fog lamps and projector-beam headlamps with light-emitting diode (LED) signature lighting. Standard connectivity features include OnStar 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, with a three-month/3GB trial (whichever comes first), GMC IntelliLink with color display and Bluetooth wireless technology for select phones.

The standard EcoTec3 4.3L V-6 is SAE certified at 285 horsepower and 305 lb-ft of torque and the available EcoTec3 5.3L V-8 is rated at 355 horsepower and 383 lb-ft of torque. The 5.3L delivers the best V-8 fuel economy in the segment – 23 mpg highway (2WD) – and enables a 9,500-pound trailering capacity with the available 3.42 axle (2WD).
